I have jap wii and I like to change the language to english, but after I set the language to english the all the menu is still in jap.can anybody help with this?

thanks

the japanese system menu doesn't have any english language files. you'd have to change the system menu to US or EU.

The question is though.... once you change the shop region are all your purchases on the real region null and void? (In other words you can't re-download a title anymore.)

When you go to "downloaded titles" or whatever in the Wii Shop, it will show you EVERYTHING you downloaded from there in all regions. So, for me it shows both US and Japanese titles, regardless of whether I'm in the US or JPN shop. You just have to go back into the correct version shop if you need to re-download.

I just found out that all you have to do to go to the Japanese shop with an NTSC-U Wii is change the shop setting to 1 with Any Region Changer. Leave everything else English/USA and the shop will work, plus it will somewhat be in English!

Yeah, just put the unzipped folder in the apps folder of your SD card (assuming you have Homebrew Channel installed) and rename the dol file into boot.dol

why can't? then use card reader instead.

HBC only require the dol/elf to run, xml and png is only for extra information and icon.

I was wishing there was a way for me to go the Shop Channel and legitimately buy japanese VC games (ie, not pirate them with WADs), and now I can. I just bought Rondo of Blood, it works great.

yes,but are a lot more files in the folder...
I think they are the files to compile the dol......

I still believe you just need the dol....because it works...

in the notes he doesn't write about the other files or folders

Hey, didn't you make that Advance Wars Ember Hack?

Off Topic: Yeah, I'm the creator of the hack. I've discontinued the project know as I plan to focusing on making just an Advance Wars 2 Hack with just custom maps in (some when soon

).

On topic: Thanks. *inserts files on SD Card*

I personally handled a call from the second highest person at Raytheon. That call bothered me a lot... The guy was nice and smart what bothered me was the way management basically just blew him off instead of going the extra mile to help him.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
In the end that call ended up costing Dell millions in lost contracts with Raytheon, and really the issue could have been solved for like 450 bucks lol

I always thought that capcom shuffled the games in these collection, but apparently they are all in chronological order, which makes legacy collection 2 worthless
