Write down a random four digit number that you can think of, has to be under 5229, and then check the rom database here to see what it is. If it's an English rom or a Japanese one which came out in EUR/USA, then download it and try it.

It's a good experiment, you can come up with a pretty neat thing!

I just tried it myself, entered 2252, and guess what I got?

The World Ends With You (USA).

(which is very ironic/hilarious considering that this is the game for which - along with the option of being able to other titles as well (which weren't that important though compared to it) - I got the DS)

Try Hotel Dusk and Last Window. Hotel Dusk first because Last Window is a sequel. Or go the Rom/Hack discussion and look at some of the stuff people have there.

Can we get someone to get on making a random ROM generator program? its like a lottery system that picks a game for you at random. The output shows

-Rom number
-name
-region flag
-box art
*-maybe a short one/2 sentence plot summery or description and/or 1 to 5 star general rating

And you would update and it would download the boxarts and new roms from a data base.

That'd actually be cool. Just have a little game where it picks a game for us, no matter how bad the game is, you have to play through it. And see who lasts the longest playing through the games. And you have like a week to complete each game.

Or see how many games you can beat, of course you have to provide proof.
