I can imagine that just like in New Leaf, the ''DLC'' is actually on-cartridge and can be unlocked by editing your save...
So, any news about that?

The game did recently just come out, so I'd give it a while before things actually happen to it.

When extracting the save to SD, it seems as if it produces almost 40 files. I've also heard of extra protection against things like this. Those things may cause some problems.

Are you talking about Amiibo unlocks with an editor? Because that's what I'd like to see. =3

More, like, mainly fun things like unlocking ''DLC'' villagers that weren't released as of now, but Jingleflail's tumblr showed me what I wanted to see.
