I thought that Nintendo could release DS titles from the eShop as they are not large files as the max is 256MB.
Who else thinks this would be a good idea.

I hate saying Gigabits, just use MB and shit, good lord.

Anyways, I doubt Nintendo will release DS games on the eShop, look at how they're doing with GBA titles on the eShop.. oh wait..

I see no reason why Nintendo wouldn't do that when DS games stop being produced and stores start to stop selling them.

The max is 512 MB, which is two gigabits.
Anyway, I did think that Namco would release Tales of Hearts on the eShop when they filed a trademark.
This might also be interesting if you want to see hat developers think about the idea.
I recall reading that Nintendo plans on releasing old DS games, but I can't find the article...

4 gbit, actually.

Actually, many companies of video games are still making games for the DS and 3DS too. So I guess there going even. Probably Nintendo might (Should) release un popular games in the eShop. Like for an example.. Professor Layton series or Brain Age or something educational (most likely).

Some DS games are already available on the eshop... just not very good ones.
No, those are DSiware ports of shit games that were failures over retail for DS so they put them on DSi and acted like the DS versions never exsisted, I.E. Chrono Twins and From the Abyss.
HEY!

You forgot electroplankton...

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
