Just a quick texture mod I made that will reskin Blathers and turn him into Rowlet:
To use the mod, use Ohana3DS to replace all textures in romfs/Npc/Special/Model/owl.bcres with the ones in the attached .zip, then load the .bcres file through layeredfs on Luma. (I cannot upload a pre-patched owl.bcres as it's copyrighted, so you'll need to extract the romfs contents from your own game with GodMode9 and PackHack)
