Yeah as I've stated earlier in this thread I TT'd until I got Shampoodle, then I stopped. Been clean for almost 3 days.

No you can do it too, however you still have to abide by the numbers of days you have been mayor until you unlock IIRC.

Yeah items are added as soon as you've owned them. I haven't time traveled and Cyrus woke up yesterday for me.
