You can reorder modern furniture from the catalog thingy can't you? If so I have a modern dresser I'll just sell for 7.5k which I think is easily doable?

My fruit farm trees have no problem with growing.

I think the problem with tree proximity is only down to chance, not a definite true or false though. I remember on Wild World when I was a big time fruiteer and I often had to replant saplings to get them to grow.

Any reason why I keep tripping? I read into it and its luck based I guess. I'm not sure when the fortune teller comes back in my town but it doesn't have to do with the clothes I'm wearing and my house follows some pretty basic feng shui rules..colors are at the places they're supposed to be so I'm confused
