Nope it is. U just need to save lots of axes. Make ton of money on the Island and do lots of public works. If you've made money up until now for public works. It's possible.
U can get an unlimited amount of flowers on the island. and plan an unlimited amount of fruit trees until u get it right.
It is harder to do alone though, but it helps when u got friends willing to share axes with u. A friend I have, has more than 10 silver axes. Trust me, THAT HELPED!

Cutting trees... o.O Too much trees is bad for your town. Learn that the hard way when I planted an ungoldly amount of foreign fruit trees. Had to sacrifice lots of them. It still hurts... DX

Between 110 and 200 trees.

Other shits u need to have:
At least 10 project works (some doesn't even count like dream suite or museum renovation) (Needs lots of money)
at least 75 flowers.

I have no lazy life in animal crossing. It's just my nature.

Yep that's pretty much it. It's a lot easier than previous Animal crossing installments. But still takes a lot of work. XD

Yeah, previous series you have to plant some required plants and trees and each acre and crap.
I'm not gonna do my town by counting and stuff, by gradually making paths and public works, I'll get there eventually.

On topic: Kicks is finally upon me and nooks is also upgrading and i now have a basement and a bedroom and 2 bridges and i have succesfully put flowers along the "river line" on both sides making my town look beautiful! Now i just need to upgrade my other 3 houses, build a perfect path system and never play the game again. xD

Speaking of which, when and how can i buy tree seeds and where do i get an ax? It sounds like you can only use one ax per tree? Is that true? Also, can you get rid of stumps?

Be happy that it's not the case. XD
And yes, using your shovel, u can get rid of stumps.
Axe and silver axes can be used to cut trees. However, they do not last long if used a lot.
Golden axes are unbreakable though. XD
