Okay I've got mine recently and my brother has been playing it and I notice a little scratch on it.... And now I'm asking if it's possible in the future to replace the analog stick with a new one If it gets all scratched and everything....
I was hoping the analog stick would be solid :/

Soon they will be getting them in stock (hopefully) at DealExtreme.com and other Chinese/HongKong resellers.

Just because it got scratched doesn't mean it solid.

When I said this I mean all portables.

Anyway probably you can turn it into Nintendo later if it gets to bad.

I'm not sure of 3rd party slide pads, but if they come, I think it still better to sent it in.

Not really sure. :/

Do you guys use your nails on it to play?

Oh no, I'm not dissing the 3DS or the analog stick at ALL. The analog for the 3DS is the best damn thing I've seen in my entire life for a handheld.

I'm just super OCD and I hate scratches.

And I didn't make any of the scratches on mine; they came from other people playing it.

See that why no one is touching my 3DS.

I have very short nails.

Yeh Im wondering if you can do the same thing slykin mentioned, just pop it off and place in a new one.

I really hope you can, but I just can't bring myself to trying.
