Won't it be possible to expand the nand size by expanding the partition?

Oh. DSiWare is limited to 64mb... there's really no point in expanding emunand size, the games are very small, so you can just install/uninstall them very quickly...

i have a friend that needs to for example, if i expand emunand partition, andd then fill remaining space in the twl_nand file with FFFFFFFF (empty byte, just like how it looks like when it isn't full) will it work?

no, emunand is hardcoded to sysnand size, you can't change the size of it.

If it's to do with installing DS ROMs as DSiWare, you won't get anywhere.
If not, just make a second EmuNAND.

You'd probably have to heavily modify the firmware itself. I'm pretty sure it's hardcoded to only address so much.
