TWL_NANDWhy would you need to? Nintendo won't release an system update that's bigger than sysnand size...
Oh. DSiWare is limited to 64mb... there's really no point in expanding emunand size, the games are very small, so you can just install/uninstall them very quickly...TWL_NAND
i have a friend that needs to for example, if i expand emunand partition, andd then fill remaining space in the twl_nand file with FFFFFFFF (empty byte, just like how it looks like when it isn't full) will it work?Oh. no, emunand is hardcoded to sysnand size, you can't change the size of it.i have a friend that needs to for example, if i expand emunand partition, andd then fill remaining space in the twl_nand file with FFFFFFFF (empty byte, just like how it looks like when it isn't full) will it work?
that doesn't really matter to me as my game aren't too much sized and i have a 32 gb sdand expanding the firm size = less sd space for cias
a my friends need it A LOT and me too. What DSiWare could you possibly need to install that takes up more than the given TWL_NAND space?
Why not make a second EmuNAND?
because he and me haves a lot of dsiwarea my friends need it A LOT and me too.
To install what? Do you need to install every DSiWare ever made or something?a my friends need it A LOT and me too.
yes, i would love to, because... reasons,To install what? Do you need to install every DSiWare ever made or something?
If it's to do with installing DS ROMs as DSiWare, you won't get anywhere.yes, i would love to, because... reasons,
but the max emunands is 4...If it's to do with installing DS ROMs as DSiWare, you won't get anywhere.
If not, just make a second EmuNAND.
Just try it.i have a friend that needs to for example, if i expand emunand partition, andd then fill remaining space in the twl_nand file with FFFFFFFF (empty byte, just like how it looks like when it isn't full) will it work?
Do you have four EmuNANDs already?but the max emunands is 4...
Wow you need more then 4 EMUNANDS?!?! Wow...but the max emunands is 4...
but it is an hassle to setup one emunand.... unlink it... prepare dbs folder... just expanding nand size will be faster.Do you have four EmuNANDs already?
Why not just use a different SD card?
*sigh* i guess it is...You'd probably have to heavily modify the firmware itself. I'm pretty sure it's hardcoded to only address so much.
but if it doesn't work i have to create another emunand again... wanted to knowJust try it.
Well, it may not even be possible.but it is an hassle to setup one emunand.... unlink it... prepare dbs folder... just expanding nand size will be faster.
