Hacking Amiibo info!

Hello everyone,

Is it ok to use amiibo with a game downloaded from freeshop?

I still don't quiet understand all this cfw stuff, but kids here tried to put an amiibo (I don't even know that they do or what really is ) and it's asking to turn wireless on, which I always have turn off for obvious reason.

Does amiibo connect to eshop or something? seems like a bad idea to do. am I correct?

It's safe to use amiibo with a game downloaded from freeShop and no it does not connect to the eShop.

If you're sure that the kids don't need any kind of Internet connection, then delete each possible Internet setting and turn on Wireless connection. There's no way the 3DS can communicate anything to Nintendo then. Amiibo's needs the wireless for NFC, which is just like Bluetooth on phones: Internet is not concerned.
