Gaming all pokemo in one patch

I recently downloaded the pokemon_diamond_all_pokemon_catchable_hack patch form download session.....but I'm a newbie in patching so i was wandering if you guys could help me.....how do i patch my pokemon diamond with this file???

Open up the EXE file. Search for your Pokemon Diamond rom and click the left button.

I think that's all.
