All games showing white screen with Open PS2 Loader

All the games I tried which include FFX and Smackdown v Raw 2010 and 2011 show white screens when I load them through the OPL.

The program used to install them was ul_install and also USBUtil v2 and also applied the patch settings in USBUtil but with the same results.
The external hard disk is a 250GB Seagate formatted to fat32. I also applied the 6 different modes but none gave any different result. I also cannot retrieve the game id as it just shows as white text.
I also defragmented the disk using powerdefragmenter

Is my UHD incompatible or is there any other patch required?

The solution that I used USBextreme and that even on the desktop. I then defragmented it using powerdefragmenter and it was much slower as if something was happening.
I did all the above with another program and on the laptop while the defragmentation was faster with this program (hardly a second).
