You deleted the base games, switched SD cards without moving the games over, or never installed the base games.

Edit: Or you restored an old NAND backup, or you improperly set up an emuNAND.

did you update your system?? if not use an app that update the games on tinfoil..or you can click the game and updated it not hard...your Choice

My system is 8.1.0 tinfoil or homebrew working but games didnt

you can use tinfoil to update games if you know how..

check your system - manage your game

then look all your game install size
if all of them less than 20mb

you start understand theres something wrong need reinstall all your game
