Hacking After update with AIO i have less games then before ann al with a cloud on top, any help

i had atmos at 10.01, decided to update to 11, followed this guide , at the end after the reboot i have now less than half of the games than before, all of them have a little cloud and says to redownload them, and on system i have 9.1.0 ams m.19.4 e

any help?
