Well, the way I see it, if someone harasses you for the file, give it to them; they'll get harassed by others.

I'm going to say yes, those are rule breaky as you put it.

I can't technically tell people ways to work around the rules obviously, but the point is you shouldn't be asking period. =P
Seriously, at best it's a few hours, at worst you'll wake up with an official dump out in the open.

Tags are not part of a sentence, nor are the visible (or at least supposed to be). These tags indicate the way I am speaking, and that can be taken in many different ways. Now, you can suppose I told you that's how I'm saying it. How can you trust my word for it? I'm just some guy on the interbutt.
