Hacking Action Replay code on Super card

Hi
i am about to buy this card
but i am confused between this and acekard 2i
dose the super card emulate the action replay on DS/DSi games ?
i heard the super card consume more power than R4 and acekard 2i ...is that right ?
and
i am new to DS stuff..but can i play online on hacked roms ?
or i need an original game to play online ?

Both can use AR codes.

The supercard's power drain is only when using it's special features (such as the GBA/SNES emulator and such).

ROMs can play online, bot hcarts work on the 3DS if the shop uodates them before shipping them out.

its only show how i make cheats by using cheat engin..i want to use Action Replay codes

i downloaded a file from this page name "all.zip"

there is a file named usrcheat.dat with 8 mb size
is that should i use ? what about cheats.xml and other files ?

In step 9 of the set-up it tells you to download the latest usrcheat.dat from here.

I didn't realize that the download was now restricted to registered users, or that there were problems with signing up.
