Hacking Acekard skin Editor

I have a Acekard 2i and a Nintendo DSLite. Recently, I wanted to do my own skins, so I downloaded the Acekard skin editor on their site. However I could not get the application to work at all.

I clicked on Ak2 AK RGP Themes Master and got the message "Component 'MSINET.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid".

Is this because I am using Windows Vista? Or is there a problem with the skin editor?

Whenever you download any program and it complains of missing components like dll files or OCX files, you should google, download and install the component file.
Putting the component file in the same folder as the EXE file also works.

Go download MSINET.OCX, and of course be careful that you don't download a bad file, these are system files you're handling.
