Hacking Acekard problem?

So I got an acekard 2 and it is really awesome!! Only thing is i added the latest cheats.xml file to it and the cheats are still the same on each game although the new cheats file completly changed them what could be the problem!!?

Some cheats are saved when you save a game. For example, if you give yourself extra money on some games and then save the game, the amount of money you have will be saved. Could that be your problem?

Try pressing rebuild on the cheats menu
