http://www.acekard.com/download.php there stands "AK2i update file for EUR/US DSi. Language issue solved. For HWID "81" it is the update??

That's the update which fixes the language issue, which was before 1.4 was even out. The 1.4.1 problem isn't language issue.

Not really. Nobody's confirmed it working, and it seems everyone who has tried it says it doesn't work.
