Hi i have an Acekard 2.1 running AKAIO 1.6 rc but the firmware doesn't seem to matter as the problem still occurs. The problem is that whenever i try to change to a skins that isn't one of the 2 default skins it doesn't work properly, the time doesn't show and the calender has no dates and the highligted date is constantly in the middle of the calender. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Post some screens of your theme...

Dont forget, that many themes are costumized - you can get one without clock, date, calendar...
And - it is really theme for AKAIO?

It is a little bit different if you using AKAIO theme on AKAIO system, or ACEKARD theme on AKAIO...
(Download skin editor from dan taylor http://www.acekard.com/skin.php?act=make_guide)

Install to pc, open the theme you want to change (or look for which system it is) and look to OPTIONS -> OS -> and here set AK AIO and save
Maybe this could be the only problem...

To make the clock and calendar work properly place these 4 files (clock_colon.bmp, clock_numbers.bmp, day_numbers.bmp, year_numbers.bmp) into a folder named "calendar" within the theme's folder.

Maybe the skins you're trying have no calendar, or maybe they're messed up in some way

you can also try with other skins, just make sure they have calendar enabled (just look at the preview skin and you'll know :3)

if you still have problems you can always backup and reformat :s

i open the ini with the skin editor and it says path not found: .....calender/clock_numbers

even though they are there

As wrote oxicflash -> the icons of calendar etc must be in calendar folder in that skin.

So look to folder with your skin which doesnt work properly and find these files
clock_colon.bmp
clock_numbers.bmp
day_numbers.bmp
year_numbers.bmp

then make folder calendar and those four files move into it.

That is all...

after that it will looks like
__AIO/UI/name_of_your_skin/calendar/
and here will be those files
