And I think a lot of the people who downloaded the patch but didn't say thank you most certainly would've done so if you hadn't had to create an account especially for this. One could still consider that somewhat lazy maybe, but I think most of the people are really, really grateful for what you've done.

I got the same freeze using the blue gateway card on 3DS, simply resetting and replaying let me get through but ever since then I've been getting occasional freezes throughout this case. Been simply saving often now, but even saving can cause the game to freeze (thankfully the save still works afterwards). I can still hear the sound, and exit via home menu, but the game itself is completely frozen.

Thank you very much for the translators for translating this game. It has been so wonderful playing it Still, I have been having the same problem as TranscendentIgnorance since starting case 4. The game worked perfectly fine before that and I'm playing the game using R4 3DS. Any ideas how to fix this problem?

One translation question that might be a case of a placeholder name not being replaced until a translation had been set. On "The Inherited Turnabout", End, Part 3, at the very beginning of it, there's a testimony/rebuttal case that includes these lines:

"I believe that the true culprit was Ms. Curator herself.
That struck me as a placeholder name until a formal name was given.

Up till that point, everyone's surname had been used. Is "Ms. Curator" supposed to be actually Ms. Hall?

Just figured I'd point it out in case it was a missed 'swap name' thing.

Hello, first of all, I wanna thank you guys for your awesome work I'd been waiting for this game a loooong time and so happy to have it. I barely had any problem with it even!

But everything changed, when the last case came around! I'm in the middle part 1 and I can't seem to be able to read the SS-5 Incident Files. I can only read the first page and everyone is talking about details not in that page, so I figure there are other pages that I cannot see.
I doubt I can fix it, so does someone at least have those files and tell me what they say word per word? I don't wanna guess myself when the time comes and I'll have to use them and google wasn't really helpful... I even spoiled myself a bit by accident >_>

EDIT: Wait, I watched a japanese walkthrough and apparently it's supposed to be one page... Y SO CONFUSING GAME?! Y TELL ME DETAILS THAT AREN'T IN IT?! *cries*

I'm currently having trouble with a weird glitch on the third case. Every time I try to start the third case, the game screen turns black with pink and white lines, then crashes. It always happens in the first cutscene of the case, while the shot is zooming out of the television. I've tried it on multiple computers, and I'm still trying a few fixes, but I can't seem to get it to work.

Spoiler contains an image of the glitch right before DeSmuMe crashes.

I don't need a fix, though, if someone is willing to send me a battery (.dsv) or save state (.dst, .ds1, .ds2, etc.) file for DeSmuME that loads me to the very first text at the fountain (this part).

I'm confused about something: I managed to download Xdelta, but i'm confused about which file goes in the patch section, the source file section and the output file selection, because you said the patch was in the how to section but there's a patch near the bottom. Can you help me please?

And here's the thing. I didn't think my problem would be mentioned on this 'cause it was a problem with the emulator and not the patch. But I still read it all. And my problem was only mentioned twice and it didn't help. And I've searched everywhere for answers, and got nothing. But it seems I'll just have to replay all two and a half cases. And thank you SO MUCH for translating it in the first place.
