accidently used twlfix cfw and deleted whatever let me play my nds roms. please help me.

i was trying to delete a ds game off om my 3ds and my dumbass thought that twlfix would help delete them. now when i try to boot any anything thats ds related it causes a error screen to pop up that says:
Unable to mount CTRNAND or load the CTRNAND FIRM
Please use an extrnal one.
I even tried to use the guide that made it possible to run ds games on my 3ds but it still brings up the error screen.
This was the guide just if you need to look at it:
