Hacking Accidently forgot to put CFW on 3DS XL and deleted firmware when modding

when modding a 3DS XL i got to the point of installing CFW and had forgot to put said CFW on my sd card, is there anyfix to this such as flashing the newest firmware from an sd card or am i screwed, the 3DS power light flashes blue for a second then shuts off, the screen does not turn on
