This thread has been requested quite a few times by @Wolfvak, maker of BootAnim9.

This thread is ONLY for BootAnim9 animations. If you've never heard of this, this link will help you.

To make your own animations, check out this script by @Docmudkipz.
THIS IS NOT A HELP THREAD!!!

The current release build (0.6) and includes support for Ban9Comp by @d0k3

How to make your own:

I would suggest dropbox or drive for the anim files since the post conversion dump is generally large and above the 2mb file limit even when compressed depending on the content, length, and original file format. For example my 5s mp4 converted to 30mb.

True, I ended up having to use .7z at maximum compression to fit these 2 11mb files in 2mb.

The nice thing about having 2 separate files for top and bottom is that someone can easily mix and match different animations to fit their purposes, like editing this top screen for different 3DS versions...

I'll add this in my post.

There's a link to the convert script on the first post. Requires FFmpeg.

I tried that one already and it didnt work for me. Simply reopened the gif with my browser no idea why. I'll try reinstalling FFmpeg real quick.

EDIT: Yeah... Its not working for some reason.

If you're dragging onto the bat file try double clicking and following along with manually typing in the filename with the extension

Here's a quick convert I made for you. 10 fps, did not test.

@s0r00t Wheeping angel link is another boot animation, it's actualli a jet lol.

@Ryft gave me only this link, which is the one featured in my post. I am not responsible for wrong links.

EDIT : If you're talking about a jet animation, that's the default one bundled with BootAnim9. You might have failed the installation of the Weeping Angel one.

I downloaded it from my link and double checked it and it's fine. You must of goofed up something. :P Make sure you are putting them in the "anim" folder on your sd root. I guess I could have just zipped it like that.

Well, just noticed it was the zip with the default animation, thanks.
