Aaaaaand the star of the show, made it to last enough to make that "boot rate feeling" the PSX had.

As soon as someone figures out how to do sound, this is the first one on my list

Give me a few minutes, I'll have it fade out as well.

Here ya go. 15fps with the config file included. It might look a bit rough, it was rerendered at 30fps and converted to 15fps.
Anyway, now is a better time than any to explain that the script accepts any type of video file or gif. In fact, this ssb4 one was an mp4 before it hit the script.

How many seconds did you process? I tried 3.5 and it was too short, tried 4 and it was too long...

You have to copy those files to sdmc:/anim/
    Please read the instructions

Premiere shows the clip at 03 seconds

It's correct, anim and config shouldn't have extensions. On top of that I put it through myself and tested it.

Possibly the compression it was put through. The 7z was under 2mb for a few hundred bytes file and a 15mb file

Maybe you could post the report? In order to detect what's wrong with either the format or Windows Defender,

@Wolfvak is it possible to make somthinfg similar but with gameboot? I mean, override the 3DS logo that shows when booting a game, I think yellows8 made it with the Homebrew Launcher cia.

Animations haven't been figured out *yet*. I doubt that there will be a possibility of overriding any title's boot animation from my payload; I think it *could* be possible with FIRM patching, or maybe Home Menu patching.

TL;DR I don't know a lot about this subject, and there's no way of doing it from my payload.

Cool, then not only did I make something for when you turn on your 3ds but you're helping me out as well. Anyone mind trying this one out?:

Rate how "smooth" it looks on a scale of 1-10.
