ROM Hack A question about PokéSAV

I have both a rom and a legit copy of the games Heart Gold. I'm curious to know weather if i build a Fateful Encounter Arceus with PokéSAV on my rom game, will i be able to trade it over to my legit game and activate the event within the game i traded it to?
If i can, and there's some order of things i must do, can somone tell me how to do it?

Just Click This and load it instead of creating it =) it (It is just as legit)

So i just load this into my box in PokéSAV and trade it to my legit game? And the Shinjo Ruins even will work?
