Is there any required cluster size (for FAT32 partition) for a USB Loader to work well with? If so, how do I format my HDD to use that cluster size?
iirc 32KiB or lower
lower causes less wasted space and less speed
the space is only an issue if you have LOTS of files (10^5)
the tool you use to create the filesystem will most likely include an option somewhere
