A pretty stupid question to ask, but it's worth a try

So, I've been trying actively to sideload apps onto my Xbox One as of late. However, I don't have an actual computer on me. I've tried doing it on my mobile devices, using "PC Web Browsing" apps on my phone, and even my nearest library's computers, but still no luck whatsoever. Is PC on an unblocked internet connection the ONLY way to go? Because if so, then it'll be a while before I ever get onto this thing.

I just thought about something. Couldn't someone just hop onto their computer and sideload these apps for me? Granted, a trustworthy person, obviously.

See if you can download a VPN on your library computer. Windscribe gives you 10GB free, others should work too.

Their firewall knew of the proxies and blocked all of them. None of them were functioning.

I don't suppose this is possible, is it? I don't have any money on be, but I would be extremely grateful.

Try Windscribe. I managed to get it to work at my dad's workplace which is supposed to block VPNs.

Your Xbox has to be on your local network as your PC and I assume it needs to be running Windows 10.

Of course, if it's possible and you give me instructions I could sideload for you

    1. You need a computer
    2. Must be on local network
    3. Windows 10 is not a requirement. You could even use Linux or Mac. All you need is a browser.

It needs to be on the same network

If you can root your phone there is something you can try
