Hello, can anyone tell me if the old Nintendo 3DS processor has the fixed frequency or it decreases? I need this information because I want to make an aesthetic modification. I want to put a blinking LED that changes color according to the processor speed, and it wouldn't be nice if the LED was flashing at a fixed speed.
(It would also be very nice if someone knew which pin of which component I have to test in order to measure speed)

(Also, I want to change the 3DS buttons for transparent buttons and put flashing leds according to the beat of the music, but this I already know how to do) U2pnkQClSQDVDrMc. ZNLWCfUYPgGCdpbA.

I'm pretty sure it always runs at the same speed
This sounds really interesting please post updates here if you do anything
