You didn't open the ROM settings window first...

The rom settings window is the little white button under the game's icon. You hit that, and THEN hit Y.

NDSthemes is out to date about EZ5 skins. Only very old skin for 1.41 kernel are available and are not compatible with new kernels.
I asked the admin to update his website so we can upload new skin for k2.0 and he never updated the upload code.
He just don't care. -_-
