Is it because he allegedly possibly froze himself or not? Anyway I thought that you meant for instance Ronald McDonald clown.

In Mexico, we had this author Francisco Gabilondo Soler, that sang children's music before Disney was even a thing in Mexico.
Francisco Gabilondo created a character naned Cri-Cri, a cricket, and Walt Disney (the person, not the company) tried to buy Cri-Cri's songs and characters to use as Disney propaganda in Mexican territory.
Francisco Gabilondo said no, and Disney got bitchy about it and "created" Jimminy Cricket for Pinocchio based in Francisco's character Cri-Cri.

Francisco Gabilondo Soler, Cri-Cri, then wrote the song: "El Ratón Vaquero" in allusion of what happened between Disney and him.

And then Disney made this as a way to reach Mexico as a market:

With many wrong cultural references, but that doesn't matter to uncultured swine muricans.
