(On a serious note) If one gets the urge why not? Why fight it tho? I personally never subscribed to this whole NNN nonsense and frankly never will.
It started out as a challenge of willpower, for people who literally couldn't go a day without cranking one (dozen) out, to the point of actual addiction. "No nut November" was a sort of Lent but for fapping. Then it got bogged down with other bullshit.
Yea like "boost your masculinity through semen retention to become a true alpha male" kinda nonsense.

Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
