Why Does September Have 30 Days

30 days are in September, April, June, and November. February has 29 days, and when that month is done, the rest are 31.

It basically works like this:

I know that February is weird, but everyone will not shut up about it being a leap year around me if it is one, so I don't really need to think about it that much.

For everything else, I rely on my work schedule and doctor's appointments. Which I guess is just a calendar.

Though my T-blocker shot gets administered every 3 months, so there's that too...

Leap years happen every 4 years, save for when it lines up to a century (while 365 and a quarter is a reasonable approximation it is not exact), except for when that century is a millennium.
You also have leap seconds as well as the earth's rotational speed is not constant. It also contrasts with unix time that does not recognise leap seconds.
