My mom wants to buy a new TV. I have a PC which can run games at 1080p but not 4k. A 4K TV has four times as many pixels so does that mean 1080p games can be upscaled without any blur or loss in quality by upscale algorythms? One pixel in a 1080p frame becomes four pixels in a 4K screen so all that happens is the pixels look bigger?
