So I got a call back but was in such shock because of how fast it was I forgot to record it. However, I'm glad I didn't. They asked my for my full name a no address to confirm who I am and so I can get my cat dev unit. They also asked for my birthday. After the call I got a email and signed into the Nintendo Wii u developer portal. Those cat dev units are like 1,500 bucks.

Just wii U. However I was wrong about the pricing. Those are for refurbished units
