I really think i am screwed here

no. you are not screwed. if dop-ios doesn't work, try to use NUS Downloader. this could be found at wiibrew.org. use it to download and pack wad for ios36 and ios61. after packing the wad, install it with wad manager 1.5.

btw: did you should press the "B" button for all? you should choose no.

ok thank you for your continued help
So i used the NUS installed successfully with wad manager, i still have the stand alone channel
I tried using dop ios to make sure it was successful and i am on version 3351 for IOS 36 and version 5405 for IOS 61
So why does the hackmii installer still not continue due to no vulnerable ios found ?

ok now try to run dop-ios but this time install a clean ios34 (no patches ok) then try to re-run hackmii installer again.

seriously man thanks a bunch i was seriously thinking i was not going to ever use homebrew on this wii again
