Then don't use a N3DS, and instead, a regular O3DS (Also an XL or 2DS), like, we do know that the N3DS has that Emunand Limit since a long time, it's not gonna be changed anytime soon, and as long as Emunand works on those consoles (Which will be, forever if my prediction is correct), then i don't have to worry, i couldn't care less about the NNID.

Most of us like to be able to get online, and I actually use the 3D on my N3DS which is something I never did with my O3DS.

Yeah, but that's still the choice of a person, when you pirate, you assume the future consequences of what may lead to it, the N3DS is great and all, but if you ask me, using an O3DS is better, mostly for the fact that it doesn't have a Nerfed Audio Chip (Confirmed this with some audio chip experiments), and because is better to use for me, the 3D is a choice, but nobody should expect a hacked console with all that is available in one, naturally, there will be limits, and this is just one of them, not a big deal for other people.

Not disagreeing, just saying that the very fact that you are forced to give up certain features means you are far from "master race". Plus there are already two games you flat out cannot play on your O3DS, with the potential for more on the way.

Ah, he was probably referring to the fact that smealum already updated the payloads for existing unpatched *hax exploits to work with 10.3. Though that was nearly an hour ago now, AND already referenced in the thread.
