Fortunately for me I don't need to access the e-shop and I am in a place where wifi is unsecured but internet access is controled by a password and as such seems not-compatible with the 3DS...hopefully it might be fixed by the week-end...

You don't have to fw spoof, it doesn't even ask you to update (but it does require Internet, obviously).

9.5 Emunand cannot access eshop with nim patching (fmp, not that I could download anything with it) OR with HANS. Error Code: 022-2511 on both.

Since mint (the eshop applet) was the only thing updated besides the home menu (cver is basically just the version number in a file afaik), it sounds like mint is what broke us. Sucks because now anyone with a N3DS is basically screwed if they use cfw. No more eshop for us :/

I use rxtools cfw, 10.3U emunand, 9.2U sysnand, old 3ds, and eshop works fine.

if you are on 10.3 then OF COURSE eshop works fine for you. 10.3 is the latest firmware you derp.

This may be interesting or not, but the Miiverse app is also blocked for older firmware.
I know most of you don't use Miiverse, but...um...some people do (including me ).

Using Gateway to run the eShop from 10.2 and the updated mint from 10.3 on 9.5 emuNAND with FMP doesn't work either. I guess they finally got smarter and started checking either everything or something else that we don't know about yet..

Updated Emunand on RxTools and it's fine 10.3 emunand is functioning just fine.
If you use RXTools you can safely do it.

He hasn't updated HANS since the patch to deal with the server backend changes last week. I have that update and hans worked for me yesterday. All he has updated today (if he has done it yet) is the payloads for *hax exploits.

To be honest, i'm seeing other regions besides the US are being able to bypass system update
