To sum it up, I'm an idiot, I formatted my 3ds to get rid of my NNID, and I forgot to backup my sd card :/
Now all my titles are gone, or so I thought until I got Fbi. In the tickets option I noticed that some were red, so I installed them from the CDN.
Some titles were re-installed while others did not. The games re-installed appear on the titles screen, but not on the 3ds menu.
Is there a better way to re-install all my 3ds games and homebrew?
