^lol. there is such thing as wireless power but far to expensive to put in a games console and sell to the public.

Would have been awesome, but far too expensive as you say. Also it wouldn't solve any problems, because if you're close to a power outlet anyway you can just use the cable.

I just got an awesome idea...
Since the 3DS AR uses cards as reference points, if someone would print a card that's, let's say x40 the size of a normal card we could have a life size Mario or Link in our living rooms.
And you know, the target game dragon would be a lot larger too.

would be even better if 3ds could detect objects in the rooms as well (seeing as it has two cameras) that way you could endless possibilities:

not sure how portal would work though.. lets say you put two portals at each corner of the room, and your character or whatever enters one of them. you'd have to turn yourself around to see. kinda clumsy

No it does not... And I personally think this is the only flaw in the 3DS... They could have improved the quality of the pictures and add a flash.
