Hacking 3ds nfc error

I installed boot9strap on a N3ds xl but every time i run some app it shows "errdisp nfc", i tried to uninstall boot9strap but it shows "sector 0x96 is not genuine"..

Whatever the problem is, uninstalling b9s will make it worse, as the problem will persist without you being able to fix it. So let me get this straight. If you go into amiibo settings and you scan a legit amiibo, the console crashes correct?

    my VW had the high beams wired to the low beams, my dad's friend figured it out and corrected that

    and it runs off of a potentiometer so it doesn't get 12V

    reason being is the 12V motor parks the wipers in the wrong place every time
