For some reason when I rip Mario Golf: World Tour BCSTM files I get an error in Foobar2000 with the VGMStream plugin: "Unable to open item for playback (Unsupported format or corrupted file)". This is from a legit 3DS cartridge. I did the same with Mario Tennis Open, but the tracks play correctly in Foobar2000. I ripped them using GM9 via direct rip/mount. I also tried it via creating a CIA file then using ctrtool to rip the tracks, but to no avail, it still gives the same error. Some help would be great.

I'm using GM9 version 2.0.0, n2DS 11.14.0-46E, B9S, Luma v10.2.1 if this helps. Thanks.

I think it's a file issue because I tried all of those and it didn't convert and output anything. I tried them with Mario Tennis Open and they work fine. I tried ripping it from another 3DS and the same happened.

You'll probably need to contact the plugin developer, because this game is using a variant he hasn't encountered before and doesn't yet support.

I asked on their Github page and managed to get it to work! For those interested, you need to download QuickBMS and a .bms file. Run the script and locate the input and output of the files. It is essentially a script the 'deblocks' the music files.
