Hacking 3DS Light Fading after trying to use Homebrew Launcher

So, I tried using the Homebrew Launcher on a 11.3 OS 3DS, it freezed so I reset the 3DS. Afterwards, it wouldn't turn on and the 3DS blue light would keep fading on and off after pressing the power button. Everything, including the boot.firm files, are on the root of my SD card.

replaced the boot.firm file multiple times but no dice. maybe its something with the system...

Stealing is bad, but I would suggest you to try @TurdPooCharger's quadruple format method to check if the SD card is working:

To test the card's condition and attempt data recovery,

1. Copy everything off the SD card to a computer.
2. Attempt retrieving lost or deleted files by scanning with a data recovery software.
   • Here's a curated list of data recovery programs.
   • If you're financially broke and your morals are flexible, you may need to look around for cracked versions. No assistance on where to search.
3. Quadruple reformat the SD card.
4. Full Write + Verify the empty card in H2testw. Do not skip.
5. If the card passes, delete the *.h2w test files. Copy everything back to the card.
   • If an error was reported, the hardware failed card will need to be replaced. Go back to step 1.

Edit - I'm definitely not the person to tell anyone about the rights and wrongs of theft. Step 2's cliff note would make that hypocritical if i did, lol.

Did everything. No dice. Card passed, even bought a new 32 gig card and redid the same things.

The blue LED turning on and off sounds like your 3DS has installed the original boot9strap v1.0. Follow steps 5 and 6 to determine if this is the case.
