Hacking 3ds instantly shutting off...

So, im almost done the guide ( lol) and i just restored to an emuNAND original and it SHOULD work. I exited out of Decrypt9 and when i go to turn back on the 3ds it turns on and instantly turns off. Not really sure what the issue is!
