No, more than half this forum is incapable of even following directions to get their flashcarts working, how do you expect them to be capable of hacking the 3DS?! Stop posting bullshit and PLEASE stop including yourself as a hacker because you are not. You are not part of the scene, we are not part of the scene (some belong to other distinct scenes). We only reap the benefits of the work of the real sceners. Just stop FFS, you're getting really annoying with your bs posts. JUST STOP.
calm down sir. if you get involved in peoples stupidity it'll just ruin your day.

Sorry, but have you not been following the thread? There are people posting left and right of new advances.

There obviously is something being done, and now that they have kernel access, it's only a matter of time.

The only thing I've seen from this thread is people bitching about piracy and how it will ruin the 3DS, I didn't see anything worth reading until the first post on this page. What does this mean, emulators for the 3DS? It would be nice to have Snes emulation, but I don't have a 3DS anymore, so....

It means that Xcution has got a basic piece of code running, anything more than that is speculation.

Piracy is default when Hack's comes. Do not wait interests in homebrews initially by most people.

Well, I guess that's to be expected, if I had a 3DS, I would look forward to a port of Snes9x, Genplus to name a few. Maybe, just maybe, that would convince me to get a 3DS despite my visual impairment (can't see 3D effects).

If you are just going to buy something like this for emulators, you would be better off with some sort of PSP.

actually on other scenes i was more interested in "piwacy" ,but on 3ds im at least as interested in homebrew,if not more ,because 3ds is a unique console because of the 3d ,and nintendo hasnt gave us shit ,hopefully we see some 3d emulators and homebrew

How on earth will you have 3D emulators?
Do you really want to play a Virtual Boy on your 3DS?

1. Virtual Boy is awesome
2. At least from what I know, and this may only apply to SNES roms, I guess you could separate the separate the sprite layers, and have a 3D effect from that. Might be glitchy though

So... You just want to separate out the layers and make it look like a bunch of flat cardboard cutouts?
Sounds like fun :D

For that to happen, you would need to remake the game in it's entirely. It's not just 'simple' emulation at work here.

No, as I recall, SNES has layers of sprites that can be hidden or rearranged in some emulators.
