Hacking 3DS don't read applications from SD Card

I have o3DS with Luma 9.1 and SysNAND. I turned on 3DS and my games and programs installed on the SD card don't appear. Custom theme is also not displayed. I can watch my photos from SD card on the console. The SD card works on a PC. I formatted my SD card and copied files from backup on PC but it didn't do anything. I don't know what's going on.

I think I know what was the problem.
Fortunately, a few days ago I made a backup of the SD card and just copied its contents on the card. 3DS has loaded applications and theme. I checked today's copy of the card and it turns out that for some unknown reason the contents of the application folder in the Nintendo 3DS folder has been almost completely removed (old backup 7 GB, today's backup 300 MB).

Try to power on your 3DS with the L button press, maybe boot that way.
