Homebrew 3ds direct filetransfer and savegame exchange

I'm sorry if this has been already asked before but after searching the forums and Internet I couldn't find a satisfying answer.

Is it possible to transfer savegames from one 3ds directly to a second 3ds?

I just bought a new 3ds XL and want to copy my saves from my old 3ds not messing with the accounts. The new 3ds XL allready has some buyed games on eshop and also an account balance of 10€

Is this possible?

yes you can just use homebrew via soundhax or cfw and use jksm to extract and import your 3ds save file to any 3ds as you wish but the save will only work if it from the same region for example you cannot use a usa save game file on a japaneese 3ds game

I will try this out once I'm at home again.
This solution would require to put the SD cards in the computer and copy the files, correct?

Is there a way to send the savegames over WiFi to my second 3ds?

I think you can enable wifi transfer on 3DS in the settings menu somewhere, although I don't know if it protects certain folders from being edited

Or to be honest just use the ftp homebrew app, I cant remember exactly what its called.
