Homebrew 3DS blue light then turns off

Hi GBA. I need some help. My 3DS isn't booting. it just shows nothing. Doesn't even make a sound. It just blinks a blue light then it turns off. I was installing boot9strap and it was going good.

Alright. Turns out I forgot to copy the Luma3DS files.
